about me

WHERE I'M FROM

I'm from the North Shore suburbs of Chicago, just outside the city, and a lifelong fan of the Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bulls.

WHY UNC?

I wanted a school with a tight-knit community, a big sports scene, and the opportunity to study sport administration. Plus, Michael Jordan went here.

MY PURPOSE

I believe I was put on Earth to pursue a career in sports. While I’m still figuring out exactly where I fit, it would be a dream to work closely with a professional team and its players, whether through a business or agency lens.

COMING THIS SUMMER

This summer, I will be traveling to Melbourne, Australia as a Carolina Blue Honors Fellow to intern with the Kilsyth Basketball Association. The Carolina Blue Honors Fellowship is a prestigious program that provides students with the opportunity to gain international experience in the business of sports through fully funded summer internships. Through this opportunity, I will work in media and communications, helping develop marketing strategies, support game night operations, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen community engagement. I will also be working on a market strategy aimed at attracting more female coaches to elite junior teams.

This experience will allow me to gain a global perspective on sport operations while learning from professionals in a new environment. I’m excited to continue building my skill set and take a meaningful step toward my future in sports.
